Annexation
of contiguous properties into the City of Inman has decided

There are many advantages for coming into the City
of Inman:

- Sewer services include lower rates and tap
fees. For example, the customer uses 10,000 gallons of water monthly
and pays $4.60 per 1000 gallons, plus a $10.50 monthly base charge,
totaling a yearly cost of $678,000 for outside customer. For a
Commercial Business in the City Limits,
the fees are $3.20 per 1000 gallons, plus a $6.00 monthly base
charge for a yearly cost of $456.00. This is a difference of
$222.00 in yearly savings. A tap
fee for a commercial enterprise outside the City is $2,050.00;
inside the City it is $1,050.00. These
