Every citizen of this country is guaranteed under the 6th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution the right to a speedy and public trial. The City of Inman proceeds in accordance with the Constitution, and the responsibility for conducting court
proceedings and jury trials defers to Municipal / Magistrate Judge Kenneth Dover.

Judge Kenneth Dover

The City of Inman Municipal / Magistrate Judge oversees all court proceedings and jury trials. The Court schedule is the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. and then again at 2:00 p.m.

There is not a set date or time for Jury Trials. Such times and dates are determined by Judge Dover, should he rule that jury trials be held.

Judge Dover conducts Magistrate Court for Spartanburg County, SC, on Mondays from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
