Wastewater Management

Wastewater management for the City of Inman is the responsibility of Jeff Bailey, who is the Supervisor of making sure that the City's effluent waste products are treated and disposed of properly according to the State of South Carolina's DHEC mandates and guidelines before the reclaimed water can be reintroduced into the area's water system. Wastewater management is critical to maintaining the City's environment, and Jeff Bailey is up to the task.

Jeff Bailey has over fifteen years' experience in the wastewater industry and has been with the City of Inman for over eleven years. Jeff handles all sewer problems, runs all DHEC (Department of Health & Environmental Control) required tests, runs the sewer lab, handles all annexations, and is responsible for all sewer expansion and modernization projects.

Jeff leads a team of three other certified sewer operators. He also attends annual Wastewater management conferences, and has numerous certifications in wastewater and chemistry.
