Heath Fowler is over Street Maintenance  for the City of Inman, SC. Heath handles all issues pertaining to building, street,  city vehicle maintenance and repair.

Heath Fowler is new to this position. He brings over 10 years of   experience to his office of responsibility, and Heath’s direction and management capabilities are visibly evident in the  continued cosmetic improvement of the City of Inman.

Heath Fowler is responsible for maintaining and cleaning the City’s streets, sidewalks and Park,  keeping them free of debris, and cuts all grassy areas the City is responsible for. Heath is also in charge of the City-wide  cleanup during the last week in April, as well as leaf pickup for the months of January through February.

For holidays, and during holiday seasons, Heath is responsible for the placement of all decorative  street decorations and banners. Thanks to Heath’s expertise, Inman’s Main Street is resplendent during the Christmas holidays  because of the impressive stringing and placement of thousands of festive lights.

City-Wide Clean Up (Last Week in April)

  • Furniture
  • Appliances
  • Household items (free of freon)
  • Limbs (3 inches or less in diameter and 8 feet in length or less)
Items Will NOT be picked up:

  • Hazardous Materials
  • Oils
  • Paint
  • Rubber
  • Batteries
  • Chemicals
