Municipal Judge

Every citizen of this country is guaranteed under the 6th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution the right to a speedy and  public trial. The City of Inman proceeds in accordance with the Constitution, and the responsibility for conducting court proceedings and jury trials defers to Municipal Judge Jimmy Henson.

The City of Inman Municipal Judge oversees all court proceedings and jury trials. The court schedule is the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month at 5:00pm.

There is not a set date or time for Jury Trials. Such times and dates are determined by Judge Henson, should he rule that  jury trials be held.
