Welcome to the official City of Inman, SC, web site. We hope you'll enjoy your visit with us as you explore what our city has to offer both its current citizens and those people and families who are considering joining us to live, go to school, recreate and do business. You'll like Inman.

Inman is a small, but enterprising city in the Upstate of South Carolina, located a few miles north of Spartanburg, close to Greenville, and within eyesight of the Blue Ridge Mountains of South and North Carolina and Georgia. Charlotte and Asheville, NC, and Atlanta, GA, are but a comfortable drive on major, direct Interstate highways.

While our community still retains its 'small town charm' and appeal, Inman is also a community that is continually improving itself to where it is fast becoming a living area of preferred choice.

The City of Inman is in the process of revitalization and is building and growing its capabilities, amenities and services for both the community of families and businesses, including professional medical, retirement, legal, real estate and retail services.

Our new web site will continually expand its offerings while,
at the same time, both reflecting both Inman's progressive look to the future and the revelation of our proud history.

Visit us often and get to know us better. And if you've a mind to why not stop by and look us over? If it's a nice day, you can also visit nearby Lake Bowen and enjoy one of the most restful
nature retreats in this part of South Carolina. If you have a boat, we have been told there are some mighty fine bass in the lake.

Welcome to Inman, South Carolina. Have fun!
